following Corporate Division

We would like to inform you about the transfer of your personal data as a result of corporate division.  

F&F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “former F&F”) will be dividing all of its business sectors other than t

he investment portion of the business (hereinafter referred to as “business sectors subject to division”) to form a new company named F&F Co., Ltd. 

(hereinafter referred to as “newly established company”), 

which will mainly focus on the fashion business, while the former F&F will continue to exist under the new name of “F&F Holdings.”    

Your personal data, which the former F&F managed in relation to the business sectors subject to division, 

will be transferred to the newly established company upon corporate division. 

Information regarding the newly established company, which will receive your personal data is as follows:
