- MLB Global proudly offers international shipping to 7 countries across Asia.
We currently deliver to the following destinations:
Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, The Philippines, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
- Your order will be shipped using the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method. This means that import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price at the time of payment on the site.
- Import duties and taxes will be charged upon arrival in the destination country. Customs authorities will contact you by phone to provide further details regarding the import duties and taxes.
- Once the taxes and duties are paid, customs will release the goods to the shipping carrier for final delivery.

- MLB Global online store uses EMS for delivery.
- Please fill it out in the language of your country.
- The overall shipping process is as follows:
Customer order confirmation → Warehouse in Korea → FASTBOX Overseas Warehouse → EMS International Shipping → Customer pays customs duties and taxes → Customer receives the goods.
While the shipment is being processed within Korea, tracking is not available.
Once the package enters the international shipping stage, a tracking email will be sent.
You may also track your order via the EMS website. During local EMS delivery, the recipient may be contacted for delivery confirmation or payment of customs duties and VAT.
- Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after order confirmation.
(For UPS international shipping outside of Korea, it typically takes 7-10 days.) - Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility, and failure to pay them may result in the inability to receive the package.
*During promotional offers and seasonal sales, there may be delays in the dispatch process, and it may take several additional days.
- MLB Global Payment Options:
① Credit Card : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
② Quick payment : Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal. - However, for PayPal, please note the following countries where payment is available and unavailable:
① Countries where PayPal payment is available : Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore
② Countries where PayPal payment is unavailable : Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam
- You can check your order history on [My Account > Order History] and select the order you wish to cancel.
- An order can only be canceled if it is at the stage of [Payment Complete] or [Pending].
- You can cancel your order via My Page or through Channel Talk/email, depending on the order status.
- Payment Completed / Order Not Processed:
Full cancellation is available via My Page. (Partial cancellation is not allowed.)
Payment Completed / Order Processing: - Cancellation requests can be made via the chat button at the bottom right or by email.
- The cancellation will be confirmed based on the shipping status of the item.
*If the item has already been shipped, full cancellation is not possible.
- Unfortunately, we do not support partial cancellations at the moment. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If any item in your order is out of stock, only the available items will be shipped. If you would like to cancel the entire order instead, please follow the instructions below based on your order status:
- Payment Completed / Order Not Yet Processed:
You can cancel the full order directly via My Page. (Partial cancellation is not supported.) - Payment Completed / Order Processing:
Please request cancellation via the chat button at the bottom right of the website or by email.
The cancellation request will be reviewed based on the shipping status.
If the item has already been shipped, full cancellation is not possible.
- If your order is canceled due to an inventory issue, it will be automatically canceled, and you will be notified via email.
Returns & Exchange
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective products or issues caused by the company.
Return Procedure:
① Customers must take a photo of the product and submit a return request via the chat support button at the bottom right.
② The customer support team will review the returned product. If deemed defective, the return process will be initiated.
③ However, the product will not be collected.
Return Request Period: Return requests must be made within 7 days (including business days) from the delivery completion date.
Non-Returnable Conditions
: Return requests made after 7 days (including business days) from the delivery completion date.
: Returns due to change of mind, loss of product or components, damage/malfunction/contamination caused by mishandling, or any issues attributable to the buyer.
- The customer service team will check returned items and proceed the refund process. The refund process typically takes 10 - 15 business days depending on your payment method.
- However, please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- No, product exchanges are not possible. Partial cancellations are also not allowed.

- If you forget your ID, follow these steps:
① Go to the login page: Navigate to the login page of the shopping mall.
② Enter your email: Enter your email address.
③ Receive login code: You will receive a 6-digit login code sent to your entered email address.
④ Enter the code: Enter the received code to access your account.
⑤ This process allows you to verify your ID and log into your account.
The email you enter must be the email address you used to sign up with Discovery Expedition Shopping Mall.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact us through Channel Talk. - If you forget your password, follow these steps:
① Click "Forgot your password?" on the Shopify login page.
② Enter the email address you used when creating your Shopify account.
③ Click "Reset password".
④You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email.
⑤ Re-enter the new password in the password confirmation field.
⑥ Click "Reset password".
⑦ Return to the Shopify login page and log in using your new password.
