Terms Of Use
[Article 1]
Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") operated by F&F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") regarding the use of the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided through the MLB online store (https://en.mlb-korea.com/) (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store"), as well as to set forth other necessary matters.
[Article 2]
Definitions
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
- "User(s)" refers to any individual who accesses the "Online Store" and receives the "Services" provided by the "Online Store" in accordance with these Terms of Service, including both Members and Non-Members.
- "Member" refers to an individual who has registered as a member of the "Online Store" and continuously receives information from the "Online Store" while being able to use the "Services" provided by the "Online Store" on an ongoing basis.
- "Non-Member" refers to an individual who uses the "Services" provided by the "Online Store" without registering as a member.
- "Mileage" refers to points accumulated by Users when purchasing goods, writing reviews, or using the "Services" in accordance with the policies of the "Online Store." It may be used as a payment method based on the policies set by the "Online Store."
- "Points" refer to specific points granted to "Members" when they meet certain criteria according to the policies of the "Online Store." These points may be used as a payment method in accordance with the policies of the "Online Store."
- "Services" refer to various programs provided by the "Online Store" for "Users," including payment processing, accumulation and usage of "Mileage" and "Points," discounts, participation in events, and other customer programs. The specific details of the "Services" provided to "Users" may be changed according to the policies of the "Online Store."
- "Online Store" refers to a virtual business place established by the "Company" using computers and other information and communication systems to enable transactions of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") with "Users." The term may also refer to the business entity operating the "Online Store." The details of the "Online Store" may be added, reduced, or modified based on the circumstances of the "Company."

https://en.mlb-korea.com/ - "Posts" refer to any symbols, characters, voices, sounds, videos, or other forms of information (such as text, photos, videos, files, and links) that "Users" upload or post within the "Services."
[Article 3]
Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms
- The "Online Store" shall post these Terms of Service, along with the trade name, representative's name, business location address (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and personal information manager details, in a manner easily accessible to "Users" on the initial service screen (main page) of the "Online Store." However, the contents of these Terms of Service may also be made available to "Users" via a linked screen.
- The "Online Store" may amend these Terms of Service within the scope permitted by applicable laws, including but not limited to the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act.
- If the "Online Store" amends these Terms of Service, it shall specify the effective date and reasons for the amendment and publish the revised terms alongside the current terms on its initial screen for at least seven (7) days before the effective date, until the day before implementation. However, if the amendment includes changes unfavorable to "Users," the "Online Store" shall provide at least thirty (30) days' prior notice before implementation.
- The revised Terms of Service shall apply only to contracts concluded on or after the effective date of the amendment. Contracts concluded before that date shall remain subject to the previous version.
[Article 4]
Provision and Modification of Services
- The "Online Store" performs the following tasks:
- Providing information on Goods, etc., and concluding purchase contracts
o Delivering Goods, etc., for which a purchase contract has been concluded
o Other tasks determined by the "Online Store" - If Goods, etc., become out of stock or if there are changes in technical specifications, the "Online Store" may modify the details of Goods, etc., to be provided under future contracts. In such cases, the "Online Store" shall immediately announce the modified details and the date of provision in the same location where the current details were posted.
- If the "Online Store" modifies the content of "Services" contracted with a "User" due to the unavailability of Goods, etc. or changes in technical specifications, it shall immediately notify the "User" through a feasible means of communication.
- In the event of modifications to the "Services" contracted with the "User" pursuant to Paragraph 3, the "Online Store" shall be liable for any damages incurred by the "User" as a direct result of such modifications. However, the "Online Store" shall not be held liable if it can demonstrate that the modification was made without intent or negligence.
[Article 5]
Suspension and Termination of Services
- The "Online Store" may temporarily suspend the provision of "Services" in the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of computer or information communication systems, or due to network disruptions.
- If the temporary suspension of "Services" under Paragraph 1 results in damages to a "User" or a third party, the "Online Store" shall be liable for compensation. However, this shall not apply if the "Online Store" can prove that the suspension was not caused by its intent or negligence.
- If the "Online Store" is unable to continue providing "Services" due to a change in business operations, discontinuation of business, or a merger with another entity, it shall notify "Users" in accordance with Article 11.
[Article 6]
Membership Registration
- A "User" may apply for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the "Online Store" and expressing their consent to these Terms of Service.
- The "Online Store" shall approve the membership application submitted under Paragraph 1, unless the applicant falls under any of the following circumstances:
a. The applicant has previously had their membership revoked pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 4 of these Terms of Service. However, if more than 30 days have passed since the revocation under Article 8, Paragraph 3, and the "Online Store" grants re-registration approval, an exception may be made."
b. The registration form contains false, missing, or incorrect information.
c. The applicant is under 14 years of age at the time of registration.
d. The "Online Store" determines that the applicant's registration would cause significant technical difficulties in operating the "Services.” - The membership contract shall be deemed established at the moment the "Online Store" notifies the applicant of its acceptance.
- The "Online Store" may classify members into different tiers based on its policies and may impose different levels of access to "Services," including usage time, frequency, and available service features.
[Article 7]
Changes to Member Information
- A "Member" may access and request modifications to his or her personal information at any time through the "My Page" section of the "Online Store." However, information essential for the use of the "Services," such as surname, given name, and email address, cannot be modified.
- If there are any changes to the details provided during membership registration, the "Member" must update his or her details on the "Online Store" via the member information update feature, email, or other means.
- The "Online Store" shall not be responsible for any damages or disadvantages resulting from the "Member's" failure to update his or her information as required under Paragraph 2.
[Article 8]
Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification
- Membership withdrawal is allowed in the following cases:
a. A "Member" may request to withdraw from the "Online Store" at any time, and the "Online Store" shall process the withdrawal immediately.
b. If the "Online Store" is closed, the membership will be automatically terminated. - Upon withdrawal of membership pursuant to Paragraph 1, all data of the "Member" will be deleted immediately, except where the "Online Store" is required to retain certain information in accordance with relevant laws and the privacy policy.
However, in cases of withdrawal under Paragraph 1(a), reviews and other content written by the "Member" will not be deleted. Therefore, the "Member" must delete such content prior to withdrawing if they wish for it to be removed. - The "Online Store" may refuse to provide "Services" or restrict/suspend membership under the following circumstances:
a. If the “Member” provided false information or used another person's information when applying for membership.
b. If it is discovered after registration that the applicant falls under any of the grounds for rejection under Article 6, Paragraph 2.
c. If the "Member" fails to pay for goods purchased through the "Online Store" or any other payment obligations related to its use.
d. If the "Member" interferes with another person's use of the "Online Store" or misuses their information, thereby disrupting the order of e-commerce transactions.
e. If the “Member” disrupts the operation of the “Service” by repeatedly withdrawing and re-registering, using multiple IDs, fraudulently accumulating or using "Mileage" or "Points," or engaging in other improper activities.
f. If the "Member" engages in actions that damage the reputation or disadvantage others on the "Online Store" platform.
g. If the "Member" posts obscene content or links to pornographic websites on the "Online Store."
h. If the "Member" violates these Terms of Service, relevant laws, or public order and morals. - If the “Online Mall” restricts or suspends a “Member's” qualification and the same violation is repeated at least twice or remains uncorrected within 30 days, the “Member's” qualification may be revoked.
- If the "Online Store" revokes a “Member's” qualification, the membership registration shall be canceled. In such cases, the "Member" will be notified, and a minimum period of 30 days shall be granted for the “Member” to provide an explanation before the membership registration is cancelled.
[Article 9]
Obligation to Protect and Collect Personal Information
- The "Online Store" shall collect only the minimum personal information necessary to fulfill a purchase contract. The following are mandatory fields, while other details may be optional:
a. Last Name / First Name
b. Email
c. Password - When collecting personally identifiable information, the "Online Store" must obtain the "User's" consent.
- Personal information collected shall not be used for purposes other than those agreed upon or provided to third parties without the "User's" consent, and the "Online Store" shall bear all responsibility for such violations. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
a. When necessary for shipping, in which case only the minimum required details (name, address, phone number) are provided to the delivery company.
b. When information is provided in an anonymized format for statistical analysis, academic research, or market research purposes.
c. When necessary for payment processing related to a transaction.
d. When required for identity verification to prevent fraud.
e. When disclosure is required by law or a government agency through a legal process. - When obtaining consent under Paragraphs 2 and 3, the "Online Store" must inform the "User" in advance of the identity of the personal information manager (including their affiliation, name, phone number, and other contact details), the purpose of data collection and use, and details of third-party sharing (recipient, purpose, and type of data provided) in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act. "Users" may withdraw their consent at any time.
- "Users" may, at any time, request access to or correction of any errors in their personal information held by the "Online Store," and the “Online Store” is obligated to take the necessary measures without delay. If a "User" requests a correction of his or her personal information, the "Online Store" shall not use the relevant information until the correction has been made.
- The "Online Store" shall minimize the number of personnel authorized to handle a “User's” personal information to enhance privacy protection. Additionally, the “Online Store” shall be liable for any damages incurred by the "User" due to the loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of his or her personal information, including credit card and bank account details, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The "Online Store" or any third party that has received personal information from it shall promptly destroy the personal information once the intended purpose has been achieved.
[Article 10]
Member's Responsibility for Managing E-mail and Password
- The "Member" is solely responsible for managing his or her email address and password and shall not allow any third party to use them.
- The "Online Store" may restrict the use of an e-mail address if it is deemed to pose a risk of personal information leakage, is anti-social or contrary to public morals, or may be mistaken as belonging to the operator of the "Online Store."
- If a "Member" becomes aware that his or her email address or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, he or she must immediately notify the "Online Store" and follow any provided instructions.
- If a "Member" fails to notify the "Online Store" as required under Paragraph 3, or, after notification, fails to comply with the "Online Store's" instructions, the "Online Store" shall not be held liable for any damages or disadvantages incurred as a result.
[Article 11]
Notifications to "Members"
- Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Service, the "Online Store" may send notifications to "Members" via SMS, email, or other contact details designated by the "Member" within the “Online Store.”
- For notifications intended for an unspecified number of "Members," the "Online Store" may substitute individual notifications by posting the notice on the "Online Store" bulletin board for at least seven (7) days. However, matters that have a significant impact on an individual "Member's" transactions shall be communicated through individual notifications.
[Article 12]
Obligations of the "Online Store"
- The "Online Store" shall not engage in acts prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms of Service, not any conduct contrary to public morals. It shall make every effort to provide continuous and stable "Services."
- The "Online Store" shall implement a security system to protect "Users'" personal information (including credit information) and ensure that “Users” can safely utilize the “Services.” It shall also publicly disclose and comply with its privacy policy.
- If the "Online Store" determines that a “User's” opinion or complaint regarding the use of the "Services" is legitimate, it shall take appropriate action. The "Online Store" shall inform the "User" of the processing status and results through the bulletin board, e-mail, or other means of communication.
[Article 13]
Obligations of "Users"
- "Users" shall not engage in the following activities:
a. Providing false information during registration or when making changes.
b. Misappropriating another person's information or using another person's e-mail address and password without authorization.
c. Modifying any information posted on the "Online Store."
d. Transmitting or posting unauthorized information, including but not limited to computer programs, that is not approved by the "Online Store."
e. Engaging in any act that defames the "Online Store," other "Users," or third parties, or interferes with their business operations.
f. Posting or publicly displaying obscene, violent messages, images, audio, or other content that violates public order and morals on the "Online Store" or within the "Services."
g. Using the "Online Store" or "Services" for commercial purposes without prior consent from the "Online Store."
h. Engaging in any other acts that violate these Terms of Service, relevant laws, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. - "Users" must comply with applicable laws, these Terms of Service, usage guidelines, and any notices or instructions issues by the "Online Store" in relation to the “Services.” “Users” shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operations of the “Online Store."
[Article 14]
Provision of Information and Advertisement Placement
- The "Online Store" may provide "Users" with various information deemed necessary during the use of "Services" through notices, emails, or other means. However, "Users" may opt out of receiving such emails, except for information required by law regarding transactions and customer inquiries.
- If the "Online Store" intends to transmit information specified in Paragraph 1 via e-mail or mobile phone, it shall obtain the "User's" prior consent before doing so. However, this requirement shall not apply to transactional information related to the "User's" purchases or responses to customer inquiries.
- The "Online Store" may display advertisements on the "Services" interface, the “Online Store” website, emails, and other communication channels in connection with the operation of the “Service.” "Users" who receives an e-mail or other communication containing advertisements may request to opt out of receiving such communications from the “Online Store.”
- "Users" shall not alter, modify, or restrict any posts or information related to the “Services” provided by the "Online Store."
[Article 15]
Ownership of Copyrights and Other Rights
- The copyright of "Posts" uploaded by "Users" within the "Service" shall belong to the respective copyright owner of the post.
- "Posts" uploaded by "Users" within the "Service" may be displayed in the "Service" and related promotions. To the extent necessary for such display, the posts may be modified, reproduced, or edited.
In such cases, the "Online Store" shall comply with copyright laws and other applicable regulations. A "User" may at any time modify or delete his or her "Posts" through the customer service center or the management functions within the "Service." - If the "Online Store" intends to use a "User's" "Posts" in any manner beyond what is specified in Paragraph 2, it must obtain prior consent from the "User" via telephone, fax, e-mail, or other means of communication.
- Copyrights and other rights to content created by the "Online Store" shall belong to the "Online Store."
- "Users" shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use for commercial purposes any information obtained through the use of the "Online Store" that belongs to the "Online Store" without prior approval, nor shall they allow a third party to do so.
[Article 16]
Management of "Posts"
- If the "Online Store" determines that a "Post" uploaded by a "User" falls under any of the following categories, it may delete the "Post" without prior notice or take actions such as restricting access to certain "Services" or revoking accrued "Mileage" for review submissions:
a. Posts created for commercial or promotional purposes.
b. Posts containing obscene content.
c. Posts containing abusive language, defamation, antisocial content, or content that is offensive to others.
d. Posts that violate the privacy, personal information, or reputation of others.
e. Posts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
f. Posts that disrupt other "Users" normal use of "Services."
g. Posts requesting or soliciting favors.
h. Posts that lack informational value.
i. Spamming or mass posting of identical or similar content.
j. Posts that violate these Terms of Service, related laws, or the intent of the "Services." - If a "User's" "Post" contains content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Copyright Act, the rights holder may request the suspension or removal of the "Post" in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the relevant laws. The "Online Store" shall take appropriate action in compliance with such laws.
- Even in the absence of a request from the rights holder as stated in the preceding paragraph, if there is a reasonable ground to believe that a "Post" infringes upon rights or violates the policies of the "Online Store" or applicable laws, the "Online Store" may take provisional measures, such as temporarily restricting access to the "Post," in accordance with relevant laws.
- The specific procedures for implementing this Article shall be governed by the "Post Suspension Procedures" established by the "Online Store" within the scope prescribed by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Copyright Act, and other applicable laws.
[Article 17]
Ownership of Rights
- All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and other related rights to the "Service" shall belong to the "Online Store," except for "User" "Posts" and copyrighted materials provided under partnership agreements.
- The "Online Store" grants "Users" the right to use accounts, content, and "Points" under the conditions set by the "Online Store" for the "Service." However, "Users" shall not, without prior approval from the "Online Store," reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or otherwise use them for commercial purposes, nor shall they allow third parties to use them, transfer, sell, or offer them as collateral.
[Article 18]
Purchase Request
"Users" may request a purchase from the "Online Store" by following the procedure below:
- Searching for and selecting goods or services.
- Entering required information, including name, e-mail address, country, postal code, address, and mobile phone number.
- Selecting a payment method for the goods or services.
- Reviewing and confirming details related to these Terms of Service, limitations on the right to withdraw purchases for certain "Services," shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable costs.
- Indicating agreement to these Terms of Service and confirming or rejecting the details specified in paragraph 4. (e.g., clicking a confirmation button).
- Submitting the purchase request and agreeing to receive confirmation from the "Online Store."
[Article 19]
Formation of Purchase Contract
- The "Online Store" may refuse to accept a purchase request made pursuant to Article 18 in any of the following cases. However, if a contract is entered into with a minor, the "Online Store" must notify that the minor or their legal representative may cancel the contract if consent from the legal representative is not obtained:
a. If a purchase request is made for goods or services that are out of stock due to a system error or if it is confirmed that the requested goods or services cannot be supplied at the purchase request price due to significant price fluctuations.
b. If the purchase request contains false information, omissions, or errors.
c. If the transaction is determined to be for commercial resale purposes or if, based on the transaction details, it is reasonably judged to be a purchase for resale.
d. If accepting the purchase request is deemed to cause significant technical difficulties for the "Online Store." - A purchase contract is considered formed when the "Online Store's" acceptance is delivered to the "User" in the form of an order confirmation notice.
- The "Online Store's" acceptance must include confirmation of the "User's" purchase request, the availability of the goods or services, and details regarding any modifications or cancellations of the purchase request.
- If a "User" fails to complete payment within a specified period after placing an order, the "Online Store" may cancel the order without the "User's" consent.
[Article 20]
Payment Methods
Payments for goods or services purchased through the "Online Store" may be made using any of the following available payment methods. However, the "Online Store" shall not impose any additional fees on the "User" based on the selected payment method.
- Various types of bank transfers, including phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking.
- Payments via various cards, including prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Online direct deposit.
- Payment using "Mileage" or "Points" provided by the "Online Store."
- Other electronic payment methods.
[Article 21]
Order Confirmation Notice, Modification, and Cancellation of Purchase Request
- When a "User" submits a purchase request, the "Online Store" shall send an order confirmation notice to the "User."
- Upon receiving the order confirmation notice, the "User" may request a modification or cancellation of the purchase request if there is any discrepancy in their intent. If such a request is made before shipment, the "Online Store" shall process the request without delay.
However, if the "User" has already completed payment, the cancellation or modification shall be subject to the provisions of Article 24 (Withdrawal of Purchase, etc.).
[Article 22]
Supply of Goods and Services
- Unless otherwise agreed between the "Online Store" and the "User" regarding the supply schedule, the "Online Store" shall take necessary measures such as order processing and packaging to ensure that the goods or services are delivered within seven (7) days from the date the "User" places the order. If the "Online Store" has already received full or partial payment for the goods or services, it shall take the necessary steps within three (3) business days from the date of receiving the payment. However, if the supply schedule has been separately agreed upon, such agreement shall prevail.
- The "Online Store" shall take appropriate measures to enable the "User" to check the supply process and status of the purchased goods or services.
- The "Online Store" shall specify the delivery methods, the party responsible for delivery costs for each method, and the estimated delivery time for the purchased goods.
- For international deliveries, the recipient shall be responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
- Estimated delivery dates may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures upon arrival in the destination country.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the package, the "User" shall bear the initial shipping cost as well as any additional return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The delivery methods, responsibility for delivery costs, and estimated delivery time specified in Paragraph 3 are subject to change according to the "Online Store's" policies. In such cases, the "Online Store" shall notify users of the changes in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 3 of these Terms of Service.
[Article 23]
Refunds
If the "Online Store" is unable to deliver or provide the purchased goods or services due to stock unavailability or insufficient delivery information, it shall immediately notify the "User" and may cancel the order. If full or partial payment has already been received, the "Online Store" shall issue a refund or take necessary refund measures within three (3) business days from the date of receiving the payment.
[Article 24]
Withdrawal of Purchase, Returns, and Exchanges
- A "User" who has entered into a purchase contract with the "Online Store" may withdraw their purchase request only if the order status is marked as "Payment Completed" by submitting a cancellation request. However, even if the order is marked as "Payment Completed" in the "Online Store," if the shipment has already commenced or other special circumstances apply, the "Online Store" may refuse or delay the "User's" cancellation request.
- Once the order status changes to "preparing for shipment," the "User" can no longer cancel, return, or exchange the order. However, after delivery is completed, returns may be accepted if the "Online Store" approves the "User's" return request.
- To obtain approval for a return under the preceding paragraph, the "User" must submit objective evidence to the "Online Store" proving that the product has an original defect or other valid reason for return. If the return request is justified, the "Online Store" shall bear all shipping costs associated with the return and redelivery.
- Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the delivered goods differ from the advertised description or the contract terms, the "User" may withdraw the purchase request within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the goods, or within thirty (30) days from the date the "User" became aware or reasonably should have become aware of the issue.
[Article 25]
Effects of Withdrawal of Purchase
- If a "User" withdraws their purchase request pursuant to Article 24, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 4, the “User” must return any goods or services already received.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, the "Online Store" shall refund the amount already paid by the "User" within three (3) business days.
If the "Online Store" delays the refund, it shall pay interest for the delay, calculated by applying the statutory delay interest rate prescribed in Article 21-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the E-Commerce Act to the delay period. - If the "User" made the payment using a credit card or other payment method, the "Online Store" shall immediately request the relevant payment service provider to suspend or cancel the transaction.
- The "User" shall bear the cost of returning the goods when withdrawing a purchase request. However, the "Online Store" shall not charge any penalty or damages to the "User" for withdrawing the purchase request. If the withdrawal is due to the goods or services not matching the description or the contract terms, the “Online Store” shall cover the cost of returning the goods.
- If the "User" paid for shipping at the time of purchase, the "Online Store" shall clearly inform the "User" of who is responsible for shipping costs in the event of withdrawal, ensuring transparency.
[Article 26]
Mileage and Points
Mileage
- The "Company" may grant "Mileage" to "Members" when they purchase products or use "Services" at physical stores or the "Online Store" in accordance with the “Company's” policies.
- Accumulated "Mileage" can only be used as a payment method according to the "Online Store's" policies and cannot be converted into cash.
- The "Company" may establish and implement detailed policies regarding the accumulation and use of "Mileage," which "Members" must comply with. If "Mileage" is granted to a "Member" at different times or for different reasons, and the "Member" uses a portion of the accumulated "Mileage," the "Company" shall determine and announce the deduction order and expiration period of the "Mileage."
Points
- The "Company" may grant "Points" to "Members" when they meet certain criteria set by the "Online Store's" policies.
- Accumulated "Points" can only be used as a payment method according to the "Online Store's" policies and cannot be converted into cash.
- Accumulated "Points" can only be used as a payment method according to the "Online Store's" policies and cannot be converted into cash.
[Article 27]
Restrictions on Use
- If a "User" violates any obligations set forth in these Terms of Service or disrupts the normal operation of the "Service," the "Online Store" may impose restrictions such as warnings, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, or membership restrictions, suspension, or termination pursuant to Article 8.
- Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, if a "User" engages in acts that violate applicable laws, including identity theft, payment fraud, provision or operation of illegal programs, illegal communication and hacking, distribution of malicious programs, or unauthorized access, the "Online Store" may immediately impose permanent suspension of the "User's" access.
In cases of permanent suspension under this paragraph, all "Mileage," "Points," and other benefits acquired through the "Service" shall be forfeited, and the "Online Store" shall not provide any compensation for such losses.
[Article 28]
Limitation of Liability
- The "Online Store" shall not be liable for the failure to provide the "Service" due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The "Online Store" shall not be responsible for any disruptions to the "Service" resulting from a User's fault or negligence.
- The "Online Store" does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or validity of any information, materials, or facts posted by "Users" in connection with the "Service" and shall not be liable for such content.
- The "Online Store" shall not be held liable for any transactions or disputes that arise between Users or between a User and a third party through the "Service."
- The "Online Store" shall not be responsible for issues related to the use of free services, unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.
[Article 29]
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Service and "Services" shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising between the "Online Store" and a "User" in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall take effect on August 13, 2025.
