Returns

1. How to Request a Return

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via the chat function at the bottom right of the page or by emailing mlbglobal@fnfcorp.com.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective products or incorrect deliveries.

 

2. Return Rejection Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Product damage due to customer negligence
  • Missing tags
  • Signs of wear, such as scents or stains
  • Return requests made after 7 days from delivery
  • Lost, damaged, or contaminated products due to customer mishandling (e.g., wear, washing, repairs, stains, or removal/damage of tags or labels)
  • Damaged brand packaging due to improper return packaging
  • Missing free gifts included with the purchase
  • Mismatched RFID chips, even if the product is the same option (including products purchased from other retailers)

 

3. Important Notes

  • Returns may be rejected if collection is delayed due to customer negligence.
  • Color and image variations due to monitor settings are not valid reasons for return.
  • Slight size discrepancies due to different measuring methods are not valid reasons for return.
  • Partial returns are not allowed for some set products.
  • Prices may change without notice, and we do not offer price adjustments.
  • If a return is needed due to missing free gifts, a shipping fee will be charged.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit Card: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation is completed.
  • Debit Card: Refunds appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds may take up to 3 business days if cancellation is completed before payment processing.
  • Coupon: Used coupons may be reissued, but reissue is not guaranteed if the coupon has expired or for other reasons.

 

Order Cancellation

1. How to Cancel an Order

  • If the order status is "Paid" and "Unfulfilled", you can cancel it directly through My Page.
  • If the order status is "Paid" and "Fulfilled", cancellation is not possible through My Page.
  • In this case, please contact us via chat (bottom right of the page) or email mlbglobal@fnfcorp.com.

 

2. Cancellation Rejection Conditions

  • Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.

 

3. Important Notes

  • You must cancel the entire order, as product options and delivery addresses cannot be modified through My Page.
  • To change product options or addresses, cancel the order and place a new one.

 

Exchanges

  • Product exchanges are not available.
  • If you need to exchange a product due to a defect or incorrect delivery, please return the item and repurchase the correct one.
